What this site does

Heat Pump Installation Canada is a national directory that connects Canadian homeowners with licensed heat pump installers. We are not an HVAC contractor and do not perform installations ourselves. We route quote requests to installer partners in your province.

No installer endorsement

We do not certify, license, or warranty the work of installers in our directory. We verify that each installer carries appropriate provincial trade licensing and liability insurance, but the installation contract is between you and the installer — not us. You are responsible for reviewing the installer\'s quote, references, and warranty terms before signing any agreement.

Pricing accuracy

Pricing ranges shown on this site are based on 2026 Canadian installer surveys and aggregated industry data. They represent typical ranges, not guaranteed quotes. Your actual quote may fall outside these ranges depending on home-specific factors (electrical capacity, ductwork condition, equipment availability, etc.).

Rebate accuracy

Federal and provincial rebate programs change frequently. We make best efforts to keep program details current, but you are responsible for confirming eligibility and current program status directly with the program administrator before relying on rebate amounts. The Canada Greener Homes Grant ($5,000) closed January 20, 2026 — confirming your installer is aware of the current program landscape is part of your due diligence.

Use of this site

You may not submit false information through any form on this site, attempt to disrupt service availability, or scrape content for commercial republication. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, your communications with installers, or the work performed by installers. Your sole remedy for site issues is to discontinue use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be heard in Ontario courts.
