For homeowners requesting a quote

• The form below collects the minimum we need to route your quote: name, phone, postal code, current heating system, home size, and a short description.
• You'll be routed to one licensed installer in your province. Never multiple bidders calling you in a feeding frenzy.
• That installer will contact you within 24 hours. Most respond same-day.
• The quote is written, itemized, and includes the exact federal and provincial rebate amounts you qualify for. Rebate guide for context.
• If the quote doesn't feel right, email us and we'll re-route you to a different installer in your province. There's no penalty and you keep the first quote.

For licensed installers (partnership inquiries)

Are you a Canadian HVAC contractor who'd like to receive heat pump quote requests in your province? We onboard a small number of installers per province on a flat-fee monthly basis — no commission, no take-rate, no resale of leads to other contractors.

Before reaching out, please review whether you meet our minimum criteria:

• Active provincial trade licensing (gas-fitter, refrigeration mechanic, or HVAC mechanic — appropriate to your province).
• WSIB (Ontario) or WCB (other provinces) coverage current and verifiable.
• Minimum $2,000,000 general liability insurance.
• NRCan Registered Service Organization (RSO) status, or working relationship with a registered energy advisor for rebate paperwork.
• Minimum 50 heat-pump-specific installs (cold-climate, multi-zone, geothermal, or oil-conversion). General HVAC experience is not sufficient.
• Service capacity for new work — we don't onboard installers who are already at maximum bookings, since lead response time degrades and homeowner experience suffers.
